THE INTRO Soooooooo I had no clue who Carina was and our paths would have never crossed if my mortgage broker did not recommend we use their agent. While I had spoken to a few other agents and I'm sure they were great, just the simple Introductions email was a show stopper and made me realize I was dealing with someone organized and professional. Don't recall when we chat first but it felt right seemed better and different.(Something No Other Agents sent me once we started working together.) THE COMMUNICATION We spoke on the phone and via SMS, however I prefer WhatsApp as for many reasons I find myself on there all times of the day with work family and friends around the world. With out batting an eyelash Carina confirmed that was not an issued and conformed to my preffered form of communication that helped expedite anything she needed to communicate outside of a phone call or email.(Something 1 of the Other Agents advised they were not going to do.) DAY/NIGHT/WEEKENDS/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - She was ALWAYS available to speak to and ask questions mind you I'm not crazy and was not calling random hours of the night to ask dumb questions that could not wait till business hours. QUESTIONS - I asked her all kinds of questions about all the houses in my price range and would often ask for info on 4-5 houses at a time. Some of the question I know were dumb, however as a first time home buyer I just didn't know. lol. However, she never spoke down made faces or shared adverse mannerism. If she was going to be out of town she would tell me, just to keep clear opn comunictn in case I needed her last min or saw a house. EVERYTHING she needed me to sign was always explained thoroughly, and confirmed I understood. GUIDANCE: *****You can only be guided if your interested****** there were many houes I wanted to buy cuz i was sooooo over the proccess but she understood my goals and shared what the potential ramifications were or could be and I listenend. I NEED MORE SPACE! lol

It was an excellent experience working with Carina for our house purchasing. We were out of country during the house hunting and Carina helped us remotely by having FaceTime and taking photos/videos to send for our review. She has been very professional in giving advices on house/community recommendations, as well as assessing house price so as to offer properly. Thanks to Carina’s great work which made our international move much less stressful than what one would expect! I found Carina based on a review, and am so glad that I did! I was looking to purchase a second home, but had zero knowledge on how to start or what the process entailed. The only thing I knew was that I should decide what I wanted to (or could) afford to spend and get pre-approved. In addition to being completely inexperienced, I was located in another state. Carina was so great about holding my hand every step of the way - from sending video walk throughs of potential homes, working with the sellers, coordinating with my bank and explaining next steps and actions throughout the process. She is friendly, readily available whenever you need to speak to her and maintains great control over the whole process. We were in the market to sell our current home in Albuquerque and buy a home in Washington.
