I was a very picky buyer, my requirments were that my home had to be able to get comcast internet and be move in ready (My hometown area and my price range makes this an almost impossible feat). He had the patience of a saint and stuck it out with me, when my pervious realtor ended up giving me the cold shoulder. We searched for a little over a year before we found my perfect home about a month ago. If you are on the fence about using Brad don't be, he is the best.
