We live in Charlotte so we could not see the condo, but Linda made several trips there to send videos and pictures. She then walked us thru the entire process from inspection to closing. Linda couldn't have been better at pricing, hand holding a few minor fixes and making sure the transaction was smooth and easy. Her pricing was the key - I had early misgivings but clearly she knows her business and was able to get us more $$ than we had expected or planned on.
