Sue was very knowledgeable about the real estate business. She worked with us for several months. we told her what we wanted in a home away from home at the beach. She listened and was able to get a number of condos and homes for us to view. After deciding on one to purchase, she helped us with her network to check things out ( one example , she knew someone that helped us with cleaning the vents to get rid of a smoking oder.).
