The entire Cuervo team went above and beyond to help us sell our home and find our new home. Heroel personally advised me on how to prepare our home for sale (what color to paint, small repairs and improvements, etc). He also advised me on price points and helped schedule and set up viewings. I didn’t expect to receive that level of service so my wife and I were blown away when the Cuervo team did their thing. They were also very patient and helpful with us when we were looking for a new home to buy. We physically walked through 60 different houses in search for our “forever” home. Excellent service all round from first enquiry through to completion. The advise was good, the communications prompt and relevant. This was our first time selling a property and they made it easy and made sure we were informed but making our own decisions at every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Heroel and Monica , they were always polite, courteous and understood our needs. They gave us great advice about a few small things we could do and was able to sell our house really fast . For us, I thought selling the house would be the most stressful part of the process, but Heroel and Monica were incredible and we are very happy with the results. They definitely listened to us and what’s better is that they were good about email communication when that would be faster for both of us and gave me time to read and review info he was giving me before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. Highly recommended.
