Rachel will always do her best to make herself available, to meet your needs especially for showings. She went to multiple showings with my wife and mother due to my challenging work schedule. She would then reshow the same houses when I was available. Has very strong market knowledge and we will work to find houses in your price range and tell you whether or not the house is right for you and your family. You never feel pressured or rushed into buying a house. She will make things happen without any of the headache reaching your phone or ears. She's well connect and can get things done quickly. The house we were buying had exposed coaxial cables which were holding up the appraisal, she had them taken care of the same day so that our closing day wasn't pushed back further. I had multiple different unfortunate life events happen during the period leading up to my closing. She was able to navigate them with me and adjust timeframes for closing. Overall, just a very positive experience from the buyer side. Will use her for all future home purchases.
