Kim began the journey of selling our current house and finding our new home, with our goal to size down; she identified and made our wishes part of the entire project. When we needed people in the field for banking, repairs, moving, etc., she had recommendations that were perfect. This endeavor can be extremely stressful, but everything fell in place, just as though it had been planned forever. Kim had excellent communication, was very kind and has a heart for her clients. We believe the entire project from start to finish, including smooth closings at both ends, was due to her knowledge, experience and customer service skills. We would highly recommend her for any real estate services you would require.
