She thoroughly squashed my preconceptions that the process of being a first time home buyer was going to be difficult and overwhelming. She helped us find an absolutely perfect home and was able to do so surprisingly quickly as well!
We were looking to buy in Perrysburg for almost 3 years. We looked at many houses but never found the one. We were outbid on a couple of homes. We liked our house and neighborhood at the time so it was hard to move. After losing out on a house that Donna listed, my wife spoke to her and shortly after she became our agent. We looked a little longer and finally found our home. Sellers accepted our offer in a day. Donna had our house sold in basically four hours!!! Donna helped us sell our first home and she was lovely to work with. She responded promptly and gave us good advice prior to the sale on what should be updated or not to get the most bang for our buck. She checked in with us regularly to check on our progress. Donna also showed us how to simply stage the rooms (and brought some of her personal decor in) since the home would be vacant by the time we put it on the market. All of our deadlines were met and she worked hard for us to get a fair price, even with the difficult buyers we had to deal with.
