Choosing to work with Chrissy Heinle was a very smart decision for this out-of-town seller. She enthusiastically pursued the listing and was forceful and proactive throughout the entire process. She priced the house aggressively and drew in multiple offers after the first and only open house, enabling us to go to settlement much more quickly than we anticipated.
