Sean is the absolute best. If you are reading this review because you are looking for a realtor, stop looking because you've found the best one. We recently moved to the area but were basically clueless about where to even start looking. Luckily we found Sean! He met with us and listened to all of ours "must haves" and what kind of areas we liked. We obviously had some idea of areas but it was great to have his perspective to things. We were very lucky to land a house on the first try. Not only did Sean an excellent job executing our offer but he also set us up with an excellent lender. During the whole process he made us feel as we were his only clients as he kept us in the loop with things, checked in with us and offered us good advice on things that were unfamiliar to us as we haven't bought a house in Texas before. I reached out to several realtors before choosing Sean Harden to sell my home. One of the many reasons I chose him was how he approaches me. He wasn't like a salesman trying to hit quota which is the vibe I got off of other realtors. Our first conversation was rather pleasant as we just got to know each other and from there I knew he was who I was going with. Throughout the process it was nothing but great communication with him. I and my wife ran into a lot of obstacles while trying to sell the house but Sean was always there to keep our level of frustration to a minimum. One thing I really appreciate about Sean is his honesty. When trying to sell a home there are some things you may try to do to cut costs which is understandable. But at the same time if those things weren't right he would let you know. I really appreciated that because that showed me he had our best interest and was not trying to get a quick sale and move on. The fact that he had multiple contacts for any need was also a plus. I mean within a blink of an eye he would get in contact with the right person for you or he would have them get in contact with you. At one point I really thought we were his only client because of his availability to us until I looked on Zillow or whatever he was representing many others or completing a sale. But that's just how important he makes you feel. After finally selling our house it was a no-brainer on who would be helping us find a new house. Throughout the process of looking for a new house Sean was there once again to keep us encouraged and at times prayed with us. Throughout both processes Sean never let us get taken advantage of by opposing realtors or contactors. Having someone that is very knowledgeable and experienced goes a long way. I truly thank Sean for his patience and understanding and his commitment to making sure we got the best offer for our home and getting us into our new home.
