Erin was great! We bought a house in Green Bay while still living in Connecticut. Erin went to the house for us and did a tour over face time with us. She looked at things and answered questions while she was there, and we felt good enough to put in an offer. Offer process went great, she knew what we’d need to come in at to beat out the other offers and had little hints/tips that appeal to sellers. Longer story shorter, we got the house and can’t be more happy. Erin was always quick to respond and answered any and all questions as they came up.
