My husband died November 2017. I was having a difficult time staying in my home after that. I decided to put my home up for sale. I called Kelly Fischer and she came right over and we came to an agreement for a sale price. I was very much in the grieving process and Kelly held my hand through it all. I had a lot of foot traffic and an offer in less than three weeks. I wanted to sell all my furniture as a separate sale and she had me draw up a list of things I wanted to sell and she negotiated that deal for me as well (and received no commission for it). I can't say enough good things about Kelly. I will be buying a villa in the near future and will be calling her to help me through the purchase.
