When it was time to sell my rental home, I listed it with Kelly. I had never met her before but she was a “friend” of mine on Facebook. After nearly a decade of watching her list and sell homes via social media, close to their list price and pretty quickly, I thought of her first when it was my time sell.
Kelly did not disappoint!
She stayed in contact with me, giving me weekly phone calls to update me on the activity on the listing. I thought this was great, as I had not been given this courtesy with previous homes that I had listed and sold. Advertising reports were consistently sent as well, along with showing time email alerts. I was actually served an ad featuring my home while I was reading the NY Times online, which showed me that they were retargeting those who had visited the listing. Then I knew for sure that they were actually spending money to market my property, which impressed me. She talks the talk and walks the walk.
Best of all, she did sell my home within 3 months, which was excellent for the market at the time. When it came time for some negotiations, she guided me through it like a pro. I ended up with $3,000 less than the asking price, which I was very pleased with.
I feel that Kelly truly cares about her clients and has their best interest in mind. If you are in the market to buy or you want to sell your home, you would be wise to consult with her before making your choice on an agent.
