Selling your house is a big deal. I knew this when I hired Kelly and her team. Of course the cachet of the "Sotheby" name helped, but Kelly surpassed all my expectations. Within hours of her hire, I got a call scheduling a photo shoot for MLS. Everything went off like clockwork. I accepted an offer within 10 days of listing. Then, the Inspection turned up a couple of issues that I hadn't been aware of; but Kelly took care of the cracked roof tiles and the frozen garbage disposal. I didn't have to look for a roofer or a plumber! She did it all. And, because we had a short closing date, the repair work was completed within a week. Where can you get a roofer and plumber to show up in a week these days? Impressive, right? Need I say more? Except, thank you Kelly!
