We were referred to him by a family member. As first-time buyers, this process was certainly daunting, and he has a laid-back no-nonsense approach that really makes one feel at ease. He made himself very accessible in case there were any questions (and from me there were...lots of them!). Frank is also very knowledgeable regarding many areas of Indy, and that reflects in his skill to assess and negotiate.

One thing I truly appreciated was his willingness to work outside normal business hours. I found this extremely helpful. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home--of ANY size or style.

He was representing the owner of the home. Even though that fell through we were so impressed with his character that we decided to use him when we purchased a home 1 year later. 1) He's just downright pleasant to work with, always friendly, always responsive, and extremely helpful throughout every step of the process.

2) He won't just try to 'sell you a house'. He listened to what we wanted and made recommendations for and against every property we looked at. He provided far more in depth knowledge about what will need fixed, what will be good for resale, what to expect from the neighborhood, etc. - than I expected a realtor to provide.

3) He worked around my schedule (including weekends) and made it very easy to see the properties we were interested in without taking time away from work.
