I recently got orders to New River, so my wife and I contacted Dee Dee’s office. Dee Dee responded quickly to see how she could help us out. We had never even stepped foot in North Carolina before so we really had to rely on our realtor for guidance in helping us decide on an area to buy for our family. Dee Dee sent us plenty of information about the different areas around that location to help us decide what areas would work best for us. We bought our plane tickets to fly out there for one weekend and Dee Dee has everything lined up for us to see everything we could in that 3 day period. We put an offer in and she did an awesome job negotiating the deal for us. Throughout the entire process she went above and beyond making sure that I was comfortable and informed being that I was 2600 miles away while the house purchase process was moving forward. Best experience we could of asked for. Looking online for beach property at North Topsail Beach and received a phone call from Dee Dee. We are so glad we returned her call. She set up over 20 houses for us to look at and we found our first beach house! Dee Dee was quick to get back to us on all of our questions and helped us in so many ways. My family and I we're moving from Eastern Long Island New York to North Carolina. Obviously picking a real estate agent while in another state was going to be one of the most important decisions we made. The difference between home purchasing in North Carolina and New York is night and day. Different rules different fees different taxes etc. etc. Finding someone knowledgeable and who we completely trusted was going to take some time.
