Enjoyed working with Paul, we communicated by phone and email. Mr. Paul Chavez was very helpful with the sale of my house. I live out of town, but he kept me informed at all times and if I had any questions I had no problem reaching him. I will recommend Paul and Q Realty. Paul made the sale of my house less stressful. He was recommended by a friend and I appreciate that my friend was not wrong.

Paul was wonderful to work with. His knowledge, understanding, expertise, and delivery made the sale of our home a painless process. Our family has young children so it was critical that we had a quick and efficient sale. Paul made this happen! We highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to sale their home. BETTER CALL PAUL!

Simply put, Paul Chavez is the Man. He just knows who to get it done!

Exceptional customer service and very professional. He was on vacation with his family and still checked in to make sure my closing went well! We will only use this broker. Always took the time to answer questions and call back He has a very laid back calm approach. Great explanations when l had questions.

Taking the time to explain things and letting me ask as many questions until i felt safisfied with answers. I wish he would have been my purchasing broker ehen l originally bought the home.

Paul Chavez is the best and I trust him implicitly. You always know when you work with someone who "cares" and Paul displayed his professionalism and how much he cared throughout the process.

Paul is knowledgeable, with a great personality. Paul makes the difficult task of buying and selling homes smooth. I really appreciate how hard Paul works to make sure the being the buyer or seller it is a good experience. For that I am very appreciative,

I have worked with Paul on multiple purchases/sales of properties and he has always met or exceeded my expectations. He's an extremely hard worker and makes sure things are always moving forward. He's professional and gives great advice all along the way. He's friendly and easy to work with and takes pride in his work.

Paul is a very busy realtor, however he has always made me feel as if I am his only client and I very much appreciate that.

Paul Chavez has done an outstanding job in presenting our property to the marketplace. His advertising was right on point and very professional. He is very knowledgeable regarding the Albuquerque market, and interacted with the realtor network in a very professional manner. He has spent a lot of time understanding our requirements for a new home and presents only appropriate homes for us to preview. Outstanding job in representing us both in the sale of our home and in finding us a new home.
