I had my mini farm located in Eastern Ky listed with several agents previously with little to no traffic. I contacted Scott to ask for assistance and advice. We agreed on terms then we got a plan together which involved me preparing the property for sale, then Scott took over working his magic. Within a week he was showing the property at our listing price. Not long after he received an offer that was acceptable and all parties agreed. I won't say the paperwork that followed was an easy process but again Scott went to work and at every hurdle he took the task and made it simple. He kept me informed almost daily with both emails and/or phone calls and texts. He could put the official language into terms that I could understand. I felt at ease working with him and he was professional and made me feel comfortable during the selling process. Yes, it truly was a process. I had never experienced selling property before but will definitely be contacting him for all my real estate needs. Buying or selling. After the sale Scott continues to reach out to make sure my housing needs are met. Heck, I think of a friend not just my realtor.
