With over 30 years of experience as a REALTOR®, I provide my clients with a level of expertise that only comes from decades of navigating the North Carolina market. My career has spanned roles from Broker-in-Charge and Recruiter to Trainer, but my passion remains working directly with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their homeownership goals. I am most proud of being named the 2012 REALTOR® of the Year for the Fayetteville Regional Association of REALTORS®. This honor is unique because it is voted on by my peers and awarded to the professional who best serves their clients, supports fellow agents, and actively gives back to the local community. I believe that a great agent is also a lifelong student and leader. Earlier in my career, I served on the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® Forms Committee as well as the Fayetteville Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and MLS Committee. Currently I am a member of the Longleaf Pine Association of REALTORS® Community Outreach and Education committees. Since 2009, I have been a licensed Continuing Education Instructor with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. I offer local knowledge and expertise in residential and new construction listings as well as rural property opportunities in the Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Eastover, Raeford and Harnett County areas. Living in the area personally since 1989 has given me the knowledge to also support our local military coming or leaving Fort Bragg during their relocation and PCS moves.
