Im my profession I come across many Real Estate Professionals. Azar Abbasi is the only name that comes to mind when I purchase or referral anyone. When we purchase our most recent property Azar made it seamless from clear communication to executing the close in a timely manner. He found a perfect home that meets all the needs and I knew we didn’t need to worry about anything due to his experience and tenure in Real Estate. I would highly recommend him and look forward referring Azar in the future.

We consider our self blessed that we met Azar, and we are bliss with our purchase. Azar met and exceeded our expectation. He was helpful throughout and very caring for our needs. He didn't rush us in making a choice nor he pressure in any way to rush things. I have been trying to buy a perfect house for my family for over 20 years yet it became possible with efforts of Azar. Everyone knows its a tough market. Due to the housing inventory shortage it felt for a while that it will not be possible for a long time. However, After meeting Azar it was just matter of weeks and we were ready to place an offer. Thank you Azar and team for making this possible.

Azar helped us find a home that we love! Not only did he show us numerous viewings to meet our schedule, once we found the home we liked, he was there every step of the way until we closed. He was always available whenever we contacted him and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process. As a first time homebuyer, you tend to get nervous about every little thing but Azar was always a phone call or text away to clarify things and calm us down. We will absolutely ask Azar to find us our next home when we decide to move and have recommended him to family. Couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you!!
