Was a very smooth process over all. Was very on top of all the administrative in and outs of the process which was very important to me because it was my first time. Even dealing with a seller that was not based in the US, and although this elongated the process Mrs Jones made sure to keep me protected though out the entire process, and negotiated to have several key items on the property addressed and repaired. Would love to work with her again in the future.
