It was one of the toughest sell during the pandemic where showing was quite a challenge. Marketing and professional photos were great. Ayhan suggested revising the price until the right buyer showed up and closed on time. He was confident the buyer will appear with the right price even at these times. Selling during pandemic early times was not easy comparing to other years. With Ayhan it will always sell.
