Bought an investment property in 2019. I am an out-of town investor, thus I think this was the difference between me and other people’s reviews here. She was representing me but she was not honest from the beginning. She told me the property was in good shape with a tenant and worst case scenario it could be ready to rent within 3-4 months. Nothing could be further from the truth. Gave her plenty opportunity to redeem herself, as she all the suddenly said she had her own Property Management Company and maintenance crew and she could help with all. That led to more dishonestly, price gauging and terrible work. She was merciless, after spending 30k to renovate everything, somehow the property was broken into and everything of value was stolen. It ended up been my biggest lost in my family’s history. I am still considering a law suit.
