Super Fast Sale and Closing At List Price

Axel helped us sell our home faster than we thought possible. We met him on a Saturday and eight days later, our home was under contract at list price. Even more amazingly, we closed only 30 days after that. Axel was aggressive with his marketing which we were very happy about. We fully intend to call Axel if we ever need to sell another home in the future.
