We could not have asked for a better realtor! We had a great experience working with Awilda. She's incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and professional. Awilda communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire homebuying process, always keeping us informed and answering every question with patience and care. Awilda wasn't satisfied until we were satisfied. For example, we had an issue with our new flooring. Without going into too much detail in this review, Awilda volunteered to resolve the issue using her contact and funds (builder was being a bit difficult). Awilda attended all meetings with us, to include each walk through. Her attention to detail and understanding of our needs made us feel confident every step of the way. We never felt rushed or pressured, just fully supported. We appreciate Awilda's dedication and she will always have our business!
