AWATT AWATT

Awatti did a good job I’m so impressed

Awatt is very dependable. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and properties we wanted to see. He’s very knowledgeable and always on time, which is very much appreciated. Awatt definitely stuck with us all the way. My wife and I would highly recommend :-)

Awatt is a professional and knowledgeable real estate agent who communicated with me every step of the way. He went above and beyond to accommodate me in helping me find my dream home. He negotiated with other agent to ensure that my home was move-in ready! I appreciate him

Mr. Awatt did an EXCEPTIONAL job with everything from start to finish! Any questions we had, he promptly answered them and was patient with us throughout the entire process!! I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell their home because he is solid and highly knowledgeable! We are truly appreciative & grateful for all he assisted with through the Journey; Thank You Mr. Awatt & Metro so much again for everything done by the Grace of God & God bless in Lord Jesus Christ's Mighty Name : )!!(John 3:3-7/Acts 2:38/Romans 10:9) & May the Blessings Be Always : )!!!

Mr Awatt was a God sent agent who helped us sell our home easily during this pandemic period where most markets are not moving. Mr Awatt was excellent, thorough, calm and highly professional during his interactions with us(his clients). He is very timely with great communication skills and kept us updated of any pertinent information and changes that happened during the process of our selling. I will highly recommend him to anyone who need real estate services and I will definitely use him again.

Awatt walked us through the process of getting our first home. He showed us the pros and cons, my hubby and I felt like a big big brother held our hands through this journey. We are loving our new home and we could not have asked for anyone better. Thank you again Awatt. You are truly great at what you do.
