Amazing Agent - I could not have had a better one!

Avner (Avi) was not just an agent, he was a support system. He was there whenever I needed him. Avi would check-in with me regularly, which I always appreciated. He just knew when I needed him to reach out to me and when he did, he was warm and caring. Also, when the buyers were too pushy regarding the closing date, I asked Avi to handle them. I told him what I wanted and to not be bothered again. He did exactly as I asked. He gave advice when asked, but made sure that he did not influence me when it would have been inappropriate to do so. Avi pushed me as needed. If I had not put my mom's house on the market as he suggested, I am sure the actual purchase price would have been less. I truly felt that without Avi, the sale process would have been more difficult, caused greater anxiety and left me feeling lost at times.
