Avi first contacted me in 2017 after my father passed away. I was not in a position to place my parents house on the market at that time, so Avi said he would touch base with me in 6 months. To my surprise - he did! He consistently (though not annoyingly) remained in contact with me until I was ready (in October 2022) to sell.
