My husband got a new job out of state during the pandemic and we needed to sell our house. Avion was excellent at guiding us not only through the typical selling process but also through the changes due to the pandemic. Avion was open and upfront about what improvements were needed to make to our home and very respectful with our budget. Once the house was listed she hit the "road" running. She filmed a video and got the marketing materials up fast. We were priced competitively and received 6 offers in 72 hours. We went under contract with an offer over asking after only 1 weekend on the market (during a pandemic). This wouldn't have happened without Avion's hard work and knowledge of the market .
