I'm a seller who used Avi to buy a property and was impressed on how hands on he was. From the start I could tell Avi was a busy man. I was expecting to work with his assistant more but I was WRONG. Avi was part of every conversation and both are a great duo! No matter how big or small of a house your looking for Avi treats every client the same. He was also honest throughout the showing and wouldn't try selling us on just anything. He would give his honest opinion of whether the house was right for us or not. We have no doubt that we chose the right house and realtor!
