Avi has a lot of local expertise and especially within the Napa Yacht Club. He listened to our list of needs/wants and was patient and easy to work with during this process. We eventually found the perfect house for our needs and Avi was able to negotiate an off-market purchase that worked for us as buyers and also with the sellers. We are very happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to work with Avi again, or recommend his services to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home in Napa.

We first got to know Avi as a realtor who lived in our neighborhood, mostly at open houses that he hosted, before we had any idea that we might want to sell our house at some point. He was always gracious and informative at these open houses at a point in time where it was not obvious that he would be doing future business with us. During the selling of this house, he was always professional, patient, and thorough, and was instrumental in guiding us through a complicated (to us) and stressful process. I would highly recommend him as a Real Estate Professional, especially for sales in the Napa Yacht Club, where he lives and has expertise.
