The saying goes that the two best days of owning a boat are the day it's bought and the day it's sold. In the case of my house, Avi was there on both days and helped me successfully navigate from even before the purchase closed. I bought and successfully sold the same house with Avi. I rarely trust many brokers, but Avi has earned my trust. He is first and foremost a mentsch, offering suggestions but not at all in an overbearing pushy way. He opened his contact list to me whenever a need arose on my end, from insurance agent/closing agent/painters/lawncare/pool guys, etc. His humor helped through some bumps in the road, which were not at all caused by him. In the process, he earned my admiration as someone to emulate in how to respond to difficult situations. He knows the local real estate market cold, including who is lurking as a buyer and a seller. He knows what is considered "market." His pricing assessments were very accurate. In my case, he was able to find credible buyers within a couple days of listing my house for a great price - we went to contract under great terms and closed in a month (could not have asked for better). He goes above and beyond - during the sale process, I wasnt local, and he would periodically check on the house for me at my request. I would give him 10 stars out of 5 if I could. There is no one else I would even consider using, both from perspective of a buyer AND a seller (he helped me on both).
Avi is pure and simple a mentsch. Easy to work with, patient, humorous and goes above and beyond what is asked for. He does not pressure, but has creative and thoughtful suggestions. I can't think of someone who is more accomodating. Avi is someone I felt I could trust during the the transaction, and that does not come easy. A true pleasure to buy a house with - and probably sell a house with at some point as well. 5 stars are not enough!

When we found our apartment Avi handled the contract, connected us with an excellent building inspector, and recommended an experienced law office for title transfer and to oversee the closing process.
