We decided to contact Avi after reading several reviews on yelp and other websites. Few days later we met with him to discuss about our dream house and the real estate market in the silicon valley. We were first time homebuyers, and Avi's explanations made the process easy and clear. It was overwhelming at times, (especially in the very competitive Los Atlos market) but we were reassured by knowing that we had someone knowledgeable and very proactive to Avi help us. We were lucky to have Avi by our side, he was determinant for our home purchase. With another realtor, we would probably not have seen that house and would still be looking for one. Avi was at the right place at the right time and thanks to his smart bidding strategy we got our home. We bought a great house in a very nice neighborhood and we made a great deal!!. Since the end of the transaction, Avi has called us several times to see if everything was going well with the house and the remodeling.
