The McAteer & Will Estates team are excellent at what they do! They were very knowledgeable regarding sales market in surrounding Pocono/Bushkill area where the property was located and were able to provide the necessary details to ensure a seamless selling experience. The team maintained consistent and thorough communication throughout the process. Their experience, confidence and genuine personalities made were greatly appreciated. It made the whole process much less stressful than expected. I couldn't have chosen a better team. Thank you!

From our first conversation Ava was a level above any other agent we’ve worked with. She was hyper focused on us finding the house that fit our needs and budget, which was not an easy thing to do. Many times during the process I felt so lucky to have Ava and her entire team representing us. It’s amazing how many times we stepped back and felt so grateful for their expertise, selfless counsel, and urgency to get things done on our timeline.

We had a great experience working with Ava on the purchase of our house in Montrose Pa. Even though the home we purchased was over an hour away from where they are located, they walked us through each step-at times meeting us in person at the house for various inspections. There were also a few times where 2-3 people on her team held conference calls with us to to answer any questions we had and guide us through the process. I would recommend Ava and her team any time, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself if the need arises.
