She and l honestly and openly discussed my thoughts/concerns regarding my home to be sold which was great. Oh, my goodness! Where do I start from; Ava is the best there is; right away, you can tell she loves what she does. Ava will fight for you to get a good deal on your home; she will also lay out the facts and allow you to make a decision. Did I also mention she has a boatload of patience for you? I would have given up on us, but Ava kept encouraging us to keep looking and not give up; as a matter of fact, our current home, which I must say has everything that I ever dreamt of in a home, was a home we looked at during one of our numerous weekend house showings. For some reason, we forgot about it. Still, Ava reminded us about it and suggested we take a second look, I don't know how she knew it had to take a second look, but she was right; the minute we walked in, I told her, "this is it."
