My transaction was not easy.. One couple was even flying in with an all cash offer the next day (our offer was financed) and Autumn worked it so the owners accepted our offer the night before they left the ground and they had to settle for backup position. Many (MANY) people were interested in this fantastic entertainers dream backyard home in a super tight market and she worked her magic.
