During our search, we had in mind the places we didn't want to go. Autumn made sure to push some of those selections back on to the table so that we didn't miss out on some gems. During the buying process, she was always in touch letting us know how everything was going. We were never left in the dark. She knows this business well, and she was able to field any question we had with good information and good advice. When something came up she makes sure to get it taken care of that day, including reminding us to handle our business as well. She's extremely professional, she knows this business inside and out. Her advice is invaluable, on point, and she makes sure that you know the pros and cons to everything. I can't stress enough how amazing an agent she is.

If I could rate her a 10 out of 5 I would. Autumn is attentive, punctual, dynamic, experienced, and ambitious. With her we felt like we were her only client. She was extremely informative with advice, offering both sides of the story and letting us make the decision. She never tried to sway us one way or another.
