Autumn is without a doubt the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is very knowledgeable on the whole home buying process and if she doesn't happen to have an answer she isn't afraid to say she doesn't know. You can rest assured that if she doesn't know the answer she won't rest until she does and it's always a very detailed answer. As our agent we never doubted that she had our best intentions in mind. We always felt as if we were her most important clients. We looked at several, several homes and she always met us with enthusiasm and eagerness and never once was upset when we once again said that we had not found the house we wanted. We have a crazy schedule and she was always willing to work around that. When we did finally find the house we wanted, if ever a problem arose, Autumn was right there going to bat for us to make sure we received everything we wanted and to ease any worries we had if things weren't quite the way we hope they would be. Finding the perfect home and then the entire buying process has the ability to be a little intimidating and unnerving at times but Autumn always found a way to smooth out the wrinkles and ease any anxiety we may have felt. We will be sure to sing Autumn's praises to everyone we know. Anyone who chooses to use Autumn as their agent will soon feel the same way. She is absolutely amazing and you can't go wrong choosing her to be your agent. And as an added plus our 3yr old son had a huge crush on her and she was more than happy to put a smile on his face by taking a selfie with him. It was the highlight of his week. We are so thankful she was put in our path to guide us on our home buying journey.
