Autumn Femrite

I cannot sing the praises enough of our experience working with Autumn. We met Autumn when she helped our daughter purchase her first home 3 years ago. Her step by step guidance and explanation of every aspect of the home buying process, including the added knowledge of rural properties, was beyond valuable and comforting for someone new to the experience. When we heard that the property next to our daughter might be listed, we didn't hesitate to turn to Autumn to help facilitate this purchase for us! She , once again, patiently walked us through the process explaining every step and keeping us informed all along the way as well as educating us on the unique aspects that come with buying a home outside of the city. As the lone agent on our transaction, her strength in communication and competence of the process kept both parties feeling informed, protected, and secure from beginning to end. When a speed bump appeared at the 11th hour, Autumn went into overdrive to continue to advocate fiercely for both parties while keeping us all informed and reassured! And if her competence isn't enough, her beautiful, easy going personality made us feel like we have found a family friend from day one!

Autumn has more than met our expectations. We have been looking for the perfect property and she was so helpful and patient with us every step of the way. I like to think I’m on top of things and organizing but Autumn was thinking of things before I was ever step of the way. Her attention to detail was spot on. I can’t say enough about how helpful and knowable she is. It was such a relief to have her in our corner. She made things stress free! I have been recommending her to all my friends and family that are looking for an agent.

Where do I begin? Autumn was top notch from beginning to end. Always treated us like we were her number one priority. She gave us her honest opinion and her expertise was appreciated since we had never sold a home before. She was super flexible and catered to whatever time frame worked best for us. She went the extra mile and would call or text just to check in and see if we needed anything or had any questions. When we needed to have our roof replaced for the house to close, she set up the bids and took the burden off of us and even negotiated with the roofing company to have it come out of our escrow! What a relief! The sale was super quick, we had to move before closing was official so she pushed for us to be able to sign all the closing papers before we left state- she even came over and helped us finish cleaning the day we moved out AND she even took a bag of cans we accidentally left behind! We would definitely use her again!
