The market in the Lawrenceburg area is extremely active in the price range I was working with $100k to $200k. My search for a property I wanted began at the first of the year. Searching online was necessary, because I live in Las Vegas. Autumn found properties, and showed them to my daughter. While I tried to decide if the property was right for me, it would sell. Most properties I liked had multiple offers within a week. Autumn continued to keep me updated. I visited Lawrenceburg, in August, and Autumn showed me several properties, only one of which peaked my interest. When I had decided to make an offer on it, which would have been below the listed price, Autumn found out that there were multiple offers on the property. I was sure that at least one of the offers would be at or above the listed price. While I was there, I had driven past a FSBO many times. Calling the owner and leaving a message resulted in no response. After I returned to Las Vegas, the owner responded. My ex-wife and daughter viewed the house. When Autumn found out about it, she also visited the property, and sent me pictures. I made an offer on the property, and it was accepted. I hired Autumn to represent me and write the contract. The sellers knew Autumn, had used her on other properties that they had sold, and were happy to have her representing me. Autumn went above and beyond writing the contract. She just does things that need to be done. And, she was there to make sure that everything went smoothly in the closing. I went to Lawrenceburg for the closing. After the closing, Autumn gave me information to change over the utilities. The water service is done in person. Autumn took me to the office, and introduced me to the clerk, who did the change over. She didn't have to do that, but it is an example of the service that Autumn gives. I am very happy that I chose Autumn, and would recommend her to anyone, who needs the services of a Realtor in the Lawrenceburg area.
