After ascertaining what my expectations regarding the value of our home were, she gave a realistic suggestion of the market value. She offered advice relative to what buyers found important in the current market versus my view might be which proved to be sound. Autumn was helpful in moving the process along when certain elements caused a lapse. She exhibited a calm demeanor and actively created necessary solutions when problems occurred. She prepared me for things to anticipate at closing as well as through the whole process.
