Autumn was diligent and proficient in identifying potential homes that were in line with my budget and wishes. The search was MUCH easier than I anticipated because of her efforts. The most important thing Autumn could have done was be clear about all of my options but leave the choice up to me. That is a nonstarter for me and should be critical for anyone making such a significant investment.
