Austin and Wendy were fantastic in assisting the sale of our property. Starting with visiting the property and giving us great insight on changes/updates that we should make to get top dollar for the property. Everything from staging, small repairs, and other little things that needed to be done. Within days of listing we had multiple offers above asking price. Austin followed through every step of the process facilitating with the buyers agent, title company, and closing day.
