We used Austin as my fiancee had used him before. I'd heard about seeking quality representation; however, did not realize how effective a quality representative could be - until we were looking to purchase a home. We were blown away by Austins charm and honesty, and when his negotiation skills were put to the test on many properties, we were looking for a deal - he certainly lived up to a very demanding expectation. He was open and honest about the biggest purchase of our lives. He communicated so effectively and around the clock. He would send ideas and new properties even whilst we were putting offers in on homes we loved. Options are a great asset when it comes to buying a home and he knew about properties that hadn't hit the market yet. His process was very effective and became even more highlighted when we saw how the selling agent was responding to questions, vaguely and slowly - offering limited info.
