We felt Austin Montgomery accomplished what we needed, and did it fairly quickly. It turns out that the property he sold for us was about $10.000 under market value as it sold almost immediately for that higher amount. But, we're satisfied with the sale as it went through. The sale price was more than we'd expected. Maybe it doesn't hurt to leave something for someone else. Austin explained many things knowledgeably, he kept us posted, and was kind and polite throughout.
