Austin, was the only realtor to reach out to me as a small business owner to tell me a loan was possible inside of the two year mark which to me was already going above and beyond! With a growing family of 4 soon to be 5 we needed space. He stuck with us and even when we wanted to maybe throw in the towel he kept us on track. Austin truly fights for you when you're his client, he keeps you updated as soon as he finds out new information and is there for you even after you find your new home! He doesn't just treat you like a transaction and isn't pushy, trying to get you into a house you don't want to seal the deal.
