My house on Lake Grapevine was 1st listed on the market in April 2017. After 10 months on the market, over 40 showings and 2 price reductions I had not received any offers. So I took it off the market and looked for another agent. Shortly after that I met with Austin at the home and discussed how he would handle the home if I chose him. To be honest my mind was made up after the 1st meeting, but I interviewed two other agents, presumably with much more experience. The only ideas the other agents had was spend money to update the house or lower the price by at least $100,000. The 1st thing I notice about Austin is his energy, then his creativity.
