My first home-buying experience started a few months ago, and as a recent college grad, I came into it completely blind and had to learn everything as I went. The whole process was made easy by how personable and professional Austin was. He is a pleasure to work with because of his personality/communication skills, and that directly carried over to effective understanding of what I was looking for. He knows when to let the buyer take the lead and when to assert his impressive knowledge on the buyer. I would send him addresses of interest whenever and get a visit set up at a time convenient for me, and he never failed to show up ahead of time and get to work in a professional manner.
