I didn’t think buying a home from out of state would have been this easy and fast. Austin listened to what I was looking for, was extremely responsive and with his extensive knowledge of the area we found the right home. Austin and I used FaceTime to walk through the homes along with my Mom being there with him and made this part of the process enjoyable and really, a lot of fun. My mom raves on how wonderful he is. It truly was such a pleasure to work with Austin. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.

Austin was very helpful through the whole process. The first place we like after visiting it with him in person sold before we made it back home to PA. Austin searched around for other properties similar to that one. He did a Zoom video tours of a couple of different ones until we found one we liked. After deciding on our choice, Austin handled getting us inspections of the property & assisted us through the entire financing process. After closing he picked up all of the keys for us & even stopped by the property to water a few plants for us. We feel he went above & beyond the call of duty.

Within a very short time Austin found a buyer for my property. And although the buyer picked a Title Insurance Company and Escrow company far away in a different county then where my property was (a big no-no), we weathered the storm of their unfamiliarity of my property geographically, and their heel dragging went on for weeks. Finally, Austin had had enough of them, and persuaded the buyer to give permission to use a more familiar Title insurance Company that he knew about that is relatively close to the property. After that, things moved along at a quicker pace. Austin served to guide all of us (me, the buyer, the buyers agent, the title ins. company ect)through all of the sale transitions, some being very complicated because my property did not have a history of being insured, but Austin guided us all to the finish line, and answering all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner from the listing of the property, to the final sale of said property. He has a pleasant personality, and is very professional and knowledgable!! I would like to hire him again for the next property I sell (or buy). Thanks Austin!!!!!

Austin was very detail oriented and worked very hard. He responded to all of our questions immediately. Austin is very professional-but not phony. He is very honest with his opinions. Austin put a lot of time and effort into helping us complete the sale. He met the home inspector when I couldn't (had to work late) and was very informative regarding all aspects of the home's condition. He is very knowledgeable in regards to financing and escrow. I think he has a photographic memory- he's like "Rain man" ! We have recommended him to several people. Everything went smooth.
