Austin & KW team has done an excellent job selling my property at desirable price with beautiful staging and hassle free procedures. Austin is especially nice to work with considering me as a remote landlord almost impossible to take care anything physically. He has inspected the roof with different roofers, gathered roofers opinion, arranged landscape cleanup, helped a/c issues fixup, and meet up with appraiser, etc. I cannot remember all the things he has done to help the sale.
